These artwork files, including any graphic elements contained in the files, are not to be used to create new digital files to be sold. Creating derivative designs from this artwork is prohibited.

Files are not to be uploaded to be used for Print-On-Demand.

You may not use these files to create mass-produced products.

These files are not to be shared on any file sharing groups on social media. Sharing photos of your completed hand-made projects is allowed.

You may not use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not violate any laws, infringe on anyone’s rights, or engage in any activity that could harm our website or our users.

 

What is permissible:

 

These files are intended to be used to create handmade, physical products.

Personal and commercial use for physical products is allowed up to 1000 units.

Sharing photos of your completed hand-made projects is allowed.

 

Restrictions and Limitations: 

 

The actual digital files purchased from chesedcottagecrafts.com cannot be sold or distributed in their original digital form or any modified form. Commercial use is defined as using the digital design in any physical project or product intended for resale. You can cut our files out of any substrate and use them on hand-crafted physical products for sale (such as cards, scrapbooks, vinyl projects, 3D houses). We do NOT allow the sale of precut kits for assembly by the customer. All items for sale MUST BE completely assembled. You may sell completed physical products made using our files both physically (e.g., in your store, craft show space) and online, whether through your own website, domain, or e-commerce platform, as well as on online marketplaces.

 

We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

 

In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

 

The purchasing of the files indicates that all mentioned terms above have been accepted.
